Alexandra Lizeta Bărnuți - director/creative producer/dop
Was born in 1988, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations, followed with a Master in International Business Administration and Communication. After several years as an entrepreneur she worked for various major international companies in the creative field.
Daniel Barnuți - director/producer/cinematographer
A documentary and commercial film director, producer and cinematographer, he has dedicated himself to his passion for filmmaking, building a remarkable career in the documentary film industry with 15 years of experience.
A graduate of Bábes Bolyai University with a Master's Degree in Documentary Filmmaking, Daniel gave up a career in law to pursue his cinematic calling working internationally for several well know brands.
Daniel and Liz, co-directors,
have both been selected for prestigious international documentary film workshops, including Documentary Campus Masterschool, Series Lab - Doha Film Institute, Astra Film Festival's Dock Tank, Docu Rough Cut Boutique, Take Film on Impact organized by Movies That Matter, and Balkan Documentary Discovery.
Their collaborative feature film, "My Muslim Husband," produced in partnership with HBO MAX and AVANPOST, has garnered acclaim at more than 9 international festivals and is accessible in all HBO MAX territories in Europe.
